Purpose of the Job (overall high level summary of the job)
• Oversee and coordinate all project accounting and financial activities.
Principal Accountabilities
Main Tasks And responsibilities
• Develop, implement and manage cost accounting systems and procedures.
• Provide internal controls and reconciliations necessary to maintain data integrity and consistency.
• Analyzes direct and indirect costs to determine proper allocation for recording cost elements.
• Develop and improve methods for calculating ad controlling costs; compile cost data for use in developing budget proposals.
• Provides compilation of comparative analyses of operating programs by cost analysis of previous years; submits reports and analyses to Controller with recommendations as appropriate.
• Analyses accounts, records, reports and other accounting documents for accuracy and integrity.
• Develops successful working relationships with our office in Singapore ad Romania.
• Establish and maintain labor and overhead cost standards, perform variance analysis and month end close responsibilities.
• Preparation and review of all cost accounting entries.
