must know the following technical requirements;
-Html 5 and CSS 3.
-Object oriented Javascript / Ajax.
-JQuery (ExtJS would be a good plus).
-Optional: Flash / Action script (Flex would be a good plus).
-Optional: Background about Java / JEE
-Bachelor degree
-4 to 7 years experience
