Quality Assurance, Quality Control
—leading, supervising and developing the quality control of the
all production catering process and responsible for supervising the
overall quality control programs in the catering site.
— Oversee the day to day operation in the butchery, cold area, hot area,
pastry, assembly area including production, cleanliness, food safety
and personal hygiene
— Inspect Raw materials arrival from suppliers
— Prepare timely reporting on damaged, spoiled and expired stocks as
well as on raw materials and finished goods that do not comply with the
set standards and report directly to Corporate QA Director
— Assist in ensuring that the quality program applied in the catering
site is providing a systematic approach for evaluation, inspection,
testing, calibration or whatever is needed to monitor and ensure quality
of all catering products.
— Work towards ensuring that the products processed by all catering
departments achieve quality levels and meet company specifications.
— Take part in removing all non complying work procedures at the
catering site and replace it with the best practice possible
— Participate in the preparation of a written quality control program
for the catering site and ensuring its performance all the staff
— Monitor cleaning & sanitation of the site process.
— Monitor pest control for site.
— Monitor food handling process.
— Make internal audits for each catering section
— Follow up action plans.
Experience: 2:3 Years experience in the quality control of a catering industry.
Training: HACCP & GMP Training
Computer (Office & Internet)

Experience: - Minimum of 1 years as a quality controller in a catering
company or meat and poultry preparation company Education: - Bachelor
